I can not forget dessert...My all time favorite chocolate cover strawberries. It was a Friday night and my husband made me these chocolate strawberries. I could not stop eating them. First he purchased the Hershey's dark semi-sweet chocolate chips and some organic strawberries. When melting chocolate you want to place the chocolate in a double boiler top over heat...Not boiling water because you do not want any steam droplets to get into the chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is melted. Now its time to dip the strawberries into the melted
chocolate...Make sure the strawberries are dry and at room temperature. Place in refrigerator until the chocolate has harden.
It taste so much better a day later...Trust Me!!
