Yeast Free Pizza Dough From the Oven

Wow...homemade Pizza can't get better than this!! Why settle for Dominos or Pizza Hut when you can make your own yeast free pizza dough and toppings. I made this for my family and they LoVe it ! :O)

All I needed was 1 1/2 Cup of All Purpose Flour, 1 1/2 Cup of Whole Wheat Flour, 2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
(substituted the baking powder with cream of tartar and baking soda), 1 Teaspoons of Sea-Salt, and 1 1/2 Cup of Water for the yeast free dough. Just mix all these ingredients together in a bowl until the dough is round and firm. I spread the dough out and baked it for 10-mins in a 400 degree pre-heated oven . After that I added my tomato sauce, spinach, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, black olives, green bell peppers, red onion, banana peppers, jalapeno peppers, black pepper, and slice tomatoes. I am still working on improving the pizza dough. I will let you know when I have perfected that...Bon Appetit!

Measurements for Baking Powder:
Baking powder (1 teaspoon) = 1/4 teaspoon baking soda + 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
