Ice Cream Butter Crisp Sandwich

Ok, Guys...My husband thought of this one. I can't take the credit for this very nice and easy dessert. I have to say I thought it was very good. The taste was just outstanding!! I liked how it had that crunchy outside texture but a smooth and silky texture in the inside. A very good midnight snack!! The bad thing about this dessert is that I could not stop eating it. But it was so Goood, oh well!!
