Having oatmeal is always a good way to start anybody's morning. If it's a bowl or a muffin of oatmeal it is a good way to provide the body with healthy fiber. Whenever oneself is rushing out of the house to catch the yellow bright school bus or jumping into their car to head to work they can pick up an energy booster of oatmeal muffins right from their kitchen. I also modified the ingredients like adding my favorite spices like: cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and my favorite honey (instead of using sugar). Enjoy and eat plenty of healthy quick breakfast treats!!!
