What Ever You Want Omelet

Another Phase 1 diet breakfast for my husband. I try to cook things that would satisfy his taste buds and his tummy. I know how hard it is to stick to a diet. So I try to cook him very healthy, tasty and quick meals. We all know that a healthy diet includes eating a variety of foods that's good for the soul. And I try my best to give him something very delightful. I also take a bite when he is not looking, LOL. He often tells me to make my own!!

In this Omelet I included caramelized red onions, sauté red bell peppers and jalapeno pepper.
He likes it spicy!!
