Eating in El Yunque Rainforest

The El Yunque Rainforest was the best. We got a chance to hike up and down the mountain. We saw beautiful flowers and wildlife. We also got a chance to hike to the Mina Falls which was the most beautiful waterfall I have ever seen. It was a rough walk going up but the hike was worth it.

Before we started our long journey up the hill I had to try one of their veggie burgers which was sooooo good!!! It was made with soy and topped with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, caramelized onions, & a Puerto Rican famous veggie sauce. I have to say that veggie burger was pretty tasty and a vegetarian delight.
