I used a meat mallet to pound the chicken before I cook or season it because it makes it so much tender. I place the chicken between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound until 1/2 inch thick. The plastic wrap keeps little chicken particles from flying all over the place...Thanks plastic wrap!!!!Grill chicken breast on medium high heat for 4-6 mins on each side depending on the thickness of your chicken breast and it will turn out juicy and tender. Remember let it rest for 5 minutes before cutting....yummie!!!!
