Shrimp Fried Rice

Shrimp Fried Rice.....I love this meal because it takes me 30 minutes to make. If you have left over rice that you need to get rid of; this is a simple way of tossing it in a pot and creating a simple and delicious Friday night delight. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger
2 cups of shredder cabbage
4 green onions
Peeled & Deveined Shrimp
4 cups of cold cooked brown rice
3 scramble eggs
Sesame Seeds

Heat a wok or large skillet pan on high heat. When the pan is hot enough add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the green onions and ginger sauté for a minute. Add the shrimp and sauté until the shrimp turns pink. Add the cabbage and sauté for a minute. You still want the cabbage to have a little crunch. Remove the shrimp cabbage mixture from the pan onto a plate, leaving as much oil in the pan as possible. Turn the heat to medium, let the pan heat up again. Add the eggs, stirring in a quick motion to create scramble eggs. After the eggs are done dish out of the pan into the same plate as the shrimp mixture. Wipe the pan and turn the heat to medium, let the pan heat up again. Add the remaining butter or seasme oil to the pan and add the rice. Spread the rice all over the pan so it can heat up it should have that sizzling sound. Add in the shrimp cabbage egg mixture. Toss everything and serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds on top.
