Meatless Spaghetti

Every Friday I try to make things that are quick and tasty. This Friday was Meatless Spaghetti!!! It took me 30 minutes to make and guys it was delicious.

2 8oz. cans of tomato sauce
1 can of diced tomatoes (drained)
1 tbs. Olive Oil
handful of parsley, chopped
chopped bell peppers
chopped onions
chopped jalapeno (if you want it spicy keep the seeds)
4 cloves of chopped garlic
1 tbs. honey
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
Feta cheese

Just throw all the vegetables in a sauce pan with olive oil: bell peppers, garlic, onions, jalapeno, parsley, diced tomatoes. Cook until vegetables wilt. Add the italian seasoning, garlic powder, honey, some feta cheese & salt to taste. If sauce is still a little bitter just add more honey until its just right. Cook on simmer until sauce has thicken. Cook spaghetti and Serve!!!
