HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY
Ingredients:
6 ounces semi-sweet Nestle Chocolate Morsel
6 ounces Baker’s White Chocolate, chopped
1 pound of strawberries, washed & dried very well
Put the semi-sweet and white chocolate in separate heatproof bowls. Using the double boiler method, melt the semi-sweet chocolate stirring until smooth and than melt the baker’s white chocolate until smooth. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Once the chocolate is smooth remove from heat and dip the strawberries into the chocolate mixture. You continue to do the same thing with the white chocolate. Set strawberries on the parchment paper. Only optional, you can dip a fork in some white chocolate and drizzle the white chocolate on top of the semi-sweet dipped strawberries. Set the strawberries aside and wait for chocolate to harden.
