Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Carrots & Garlic
Roasting veggies brings out their hidden sweet, nutty flavors!!
Head of Garlic (peel away the outer layer but leave the skins on the individual cloves &keep intact)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Clean and wash vegetables. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and crushed black pepper. Drizzle some olive oil on the veggies and place on a cookie sheet and roast for 10 to 25 minutes.
