Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Carrots & Garlic

Roasted Veggies

Roasting veggies brings out their hidden sweet, nutty flavors!!

Ingredients:
Brussels Sprouts
Carrots
Head of Garlic (peel away the outer layer but leave the skins on the individual cloves &keep intact)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Clean and wash vegetables. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and crushed black pepper. Drizzle some olive oil  on the veggies and place on a cookie sheet and roast for 10 to 25 minutes.  







Make Fridays A Little More Special Than Normal!!

  3. If only more people would try roasting their veggies, we'd be a healthier population! I adore roasted vegetables - especially Brussels Sprouts - and would gladly make a meal out of a whole plateful :).
